![]() Getting Involved
Arhag believes in delivering the best possible service to its residents and to meet those high standards we understand that effective resident involvement is vital to meet and maintain those standards. We will like you, our residents to have a say on how we look after your home and influence services. There is a wide range of opportunities to get involved dependent on the level of commitment ranging from Board membership to Estate Champions. The options available are explained within the resident involvement statement, resident involvement guide or tenants' compact. If you wish to get involved, please complete and return the resident involvement questionnaire and we would add your name to the resident involvement database. Once your details are updated, we will contact you when the relevant involvement opportunity arises. As an incentive, we provide training, support, travelling expenses, child care expenses or crèche facilities as appropriate, translation services if required, refreshments, shopping vouchers for partaking in surveys, environmental improvement grants for schemes with resident associations and resident awards. Setting up a residents’ association If you wish to set up a residents association on your scheme (Setting up a residents association), assistance and support is available to take you through the process.
