Applicants looking for a move should read the 'Allocations and Lettings Guide' which explains how the association assesses and prioritises housing applications and available homes allocated.
Applicants applying for a move must complete an application form. The application form to complete is dependent on the current status of the resident as listed below. 

• Permanent tenant, complete a transfer application form
• Hostel residents (Keogh Road) applying for move-on accommodation, complete a Housing application form
• Direct lets in TSH accommodation, complete a housing application form

When completing the application form, due regards should be given to the location of our homes to increase chances of a move.  A medical assessment form should be completed and returned for each person living in the households with a medical or health issue.

Housing applicants may also wish to consider other housing options which may lead to a quicker move.

The annual lettings plan details the estimated supply of homes to internal housing applicants and how we intend to allocate them.  The report also shows the lettings outturn against the previous years lettings plan, to give an indication of the likelihood of a move to housing applicants.
