Residents Services

This pages provides you with information about on tenancy and estate management issues.

For comprehensive information about your tenancy, rights, obligations, responsibilities and Arhag’s commitments and responsibilities towards residents, please see our resident’s handbook and service standards.

Estate inspections are carried out monthly on schemes with more than 10 homes and quarterly on schemes with less than 10 homes. Where there are a cluster of small schemes or large and small schemes, inspections are monthly, see a copy of the estate inspection schedule or your scheme notice board for dates of inspection. We also encourage residents not just to partake in joint inspections, but to also grade inspections to reflect the standard of cleaning.

Bulky refuse? Why not contact your local authority (in majority of cases this is a free service) or better still, take it to your local recycling centre. Where charges are incurred clearing dumped or bulky refuse the cost is passed on to residents via service charges.

Each block has an estate service specification where cleaning and grounds maintenance services are provided. If you receive a cleaning and grounds maintenance service and the service specification is missing from your notice board, please let us know.

Local newsletters are produced and placed on scheme notice boards to provide information on local services, inspection dates and outcomes, etc.
