Key Amnesty Launched
It is illegal to subletting your Housing Association or Council Home. Social Housing is a valuable asset to the public and is often a lifeline to the people that it is designed for. Given the shortage of affordable homes, it is vital that we make sure that the people living in our properties are legally entitled to live their.
We have launched this Key Amnesty to give those residents who are illegally subletting their homes to come forward and return the keys to us by the 1st December 2017 or face legal action.
You can help by returning the keys to us, or reporting suspected subletting anonymously via our online webform here.
If you would like more information about subletting, visit our Social Housing Fraud page. If you wish to return your keys, please contact your Housing Officer on 0207 424 7370 or via email at email@example.com.
