A new look for Keogh Road Hostel lounge through social value

The lounge at Keogh Road Hostel has been refurbished through a social value project with MNM Property Services. The space is now fully repaired, redecorated and more comfortable for residents to enjoy.
We are pleased to share a positive update from our Keogh Road Hostel, where a recent refurbishment project has helped improve the communal lounge for the 12 residents who live there.
The lounge, which had been damaged by a roof leak, has now been fully repaired and redecorated thanks to a social value initiative delivered in partnership with MNM Property Services, our responsive repairs contractor.
As part of the project, MNM provided plastering, painting, lighting installation and furniture assembly at no cost to Arhag or residents. Arhag supplied new light fittings and furniture, and MNM’s team carried out the labour to complete the work. The refurbished lounge is already making a difference, offering a comfortable and welcoming space where residents can relax, spend time and connect with one another.
