Arhag is pleased to announce Amber as our new contractor, appointed to deliver our capital works programme through the South East Consortium framework. This partnership, set for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further two, will see Amber working across our over 900 homes in over 14 London boroughs, ensuring high-quality refurbishment and planned maintenance that meets the needs of our residents.

As a family-run, people-focused SME, Amber has been improving homes and communities for over 20 years. Their expertise in housing, education, commercial, heritage, and healthcare sectors makes them well-placed to support Arhag in keeping homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained.

Over the next five years, Amber will be utilising their longstanding supply chain to deliver high-quality, resident-led projects, ensuring works are carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption.
