We’re excited to share that today, 1 April 2026, Arhag has officially joined the Hyde Group as a subsidiary.

Our residents will benefit from this change as we secure our financial future, focusing on delivering better repairs and maintenance, improving customer service, expanding our resident involvement, all while remaining committed to our strong local presence in the communities we service.
While some things are set to improve, it is important for our residents to know that the essentials are staying the same:
- tenancy or lease agreements will not change.
- rent and service charge arrangements remain the same.
- rent payment method will continue as normal.
- Our residents’ homes and rights remain unchanged.
