Ever wondered what it’s really like to be part of ARHAG’s Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP)?
Join us for Behind the Panel - a welcoming and interactive event where you can meet the people behind the panel, ask questions, find out more about our new strategy and explore how you can help shape the future of ARHAG’s services. This is your chance to get involved, be heard, and make a real difference in your community.
All ARHAG residents are invited. Whether you're curious, passionate, or just want to learn more this event is for you. We warmly welcome residents from all backgrounds, especially those from Black, Asian, and other minoritised ethnic communities, migrant communities, younger residents, parents and carers, and neurodiverse individuals or those with disability-related needs.

Our new strategy is aimed at fostering community, improving services, and empowering residents. Our key objectives are increasing customer satisfaction, and promoting continuous improvement through enhanced communications, events and resident involvement how we manage our business. We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to get involved so we will be recruiting a a Resident Experience Officer, expanding the Resident Scrutiny Panel, and embedding resident experience across the organisation by 2026.

At the event, you can meet members of the Resident Scrutiny Panel, learn more about ARHAG’s work and our new strategy, ask questions and find out how to apply to join the panel. There will also be refreshments and a welcoming space to meet other residents.
This is a chance to share your views, hear more about our strategy, build connections and play a part in shaping the services that matter to you.
