We are working with Acuity to carry out our Tenant Satisfaction Survey – if you are contacted, please take a few minutes to share your views.

We want to hear what you think about your home and the services you receive from Arhag. That is why we are working with an independent research company, Acuity, to carry out this year’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey.

The survey gives you the chance to tell us how we are doing and where we need to do better. Your feedback helps shape our services and is shared directly with our Board and Executive Team.

When the survey is taking place

There are two rounds of the survey this year:

  • 7 to 19 July 2025
  • 17 to 29 November 2025

How to take part

Around 150 residents will be contacted by telephone during each round. If you are selected, you will receive a call from Acuity’s team of interviewers. The call will come from a local number – 0203 769 4202 or 0203 769 4487. All calls take place between 9am and 8pm on weekdays, or 10am to 6pm on Saturdays.

Your answers are confidential

The survey is confidential and anonymous. Your name will not be attached to your responses unless you give permission.
