Our repairs contractor K&T Heating has changed its name to Sureserve Compliance South as part of a groupwide rebrand.
What does this mean for you?
You will continue to receive the same 24/7 repairs service with no changes to how you report issues or request support. The team remains the same, and you can expect the same level of service and commitment to keeping your home safe and warm.
During the transition, you may still see K&T Heating vans and uniforms while the branding updates. All operatives will carry ID cards with the new name. If you are ever unsure, you can ask to see their ID or call 0208 269 4500 to verify.
