Working Together: Resident Information Event 2025
Tuesday, November 04, 2025
Residents, staff and board members came together for an open and honest conversation about services, repairs and future plans. The event was part of our continued work to listen, learn and act on resident feedback.
Last week, we brought together residents, staff and board members for a Resident Information Event focused on listening, learning and sharing.
The session gave residents the chance to speak directly with our Repairs Team, Board and CEO, as well as members of the Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP). Conversations covered a wide range of topics, from day-to-day services to how residents can shape what we do next.
Several residents told us they wanted to get more involved, with some signing up to join the RSP during the event. One resident said, “I didn’t know what to expect but left feeling heard and more informed.”

It was also a chance to introduce the new Resident Engagement and Experience Strategy – developed with residents, not just for them.
The presence of board members and leadership helped to show that feedback is not only welcome, but taken seriously. Another resident told us, “It was good to meet people face-to-face and feel like our voices really matter.”
Our Repairs Team responded to questions on the day and noted common issues to take back and work on. One attendee shared, “I was able to raise a repair issue and get an answer on the spot. That made a difference.”
An engagement activity encouraged everyone to share their ideas in a simple and informal way – sparking helpful conversations and giving us useful feedback to take forward.
What’s next
We are using what we heard at the event to shape future engagement. That could mean more face-to-face sessions, themed discussions or smaller wellbeing-focused gatherings – depending on what residents tell us they need.
We are always open to hearing more. If you would like to find out more about the RSP or how to get involved, visit our our dedicated section here or speak to a member of staff.
