Executive Assistant to Chief Executive/ Office Manager
Permanent vacancy for an experienced Executive Assistant paying from salary scale £28,731.84 up to £31,923.88

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and Board with the relevant administrative and secretarial support to ensure effective management of our organisation.
This is an interesting and exciting role, with the main areas of work being:
- Managing the Chief Executive’s Office;
- Supporting Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team; and
- Responsibility for Human Resources and Office Management Functions
To succeed you must have the ability to work calmly and be flexible in an environment of change. You should be able to deal with sensitive issues discretely and handle confidential information appropriately. Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills are essential to cope with the varied workload as is the ability to use your initiative and prioritise the conflicting demands both for yourself and the Chief Executive.
