Cleaning and grounds maintenance
We work with specialist contractors to keep shared areas of your building and outdoor spaces clean, safe, and well maintained. This includes:
- Cleaning communal hallways, stairwells, lifts, and bin stores
- Sweeping and litter picking external areas
- Grass cutting, planting, and looking after garden areas
- Seasonal maintenance (such as leaf clearance)
If you have a concern about cleaning or grounds maintenance, you can raise it directly with our contractors or contact Arhag.
