Parking on our estates
Some of our blocks are currently managed by Park Direct who carry out the parking patrol Park on our estate 24/7, 7 days a week. Signage is in place on those estates. Any vehicle without a valid permit will be ticketed. Our permits are valid for a year at a cost of £50.
Residents permit are now paperless and you should follow the steps below to submit your documents. You will not need a paper permit, your vehicle details will be passed to parking enforcement. Once your application has been reviewed you will receive a text message confirming if it has been accepted or not.
Visitor permit requests need to be made via housing@arhag.co.uk and your housing officer will be in touch.
Applying for parking permit
There are a limited number of parking spaces, so each space is allocated on a first come first served basis, with priority given to residents with specific requirements.
Before you apply, please check that your rent is up to date, you will not receive a permit if your account is in 4 weeks or more arrears. Please check with your Income Officer or refer to your Tenancy Agreement.
The Parking Permit fee is £50.00
