Track a repair

There are lots of ways to get an update on your repair. If you have a repair that you have already reported to us, that has not been carried out yet or needs more work, the Asset Management Team will be happy to give you an update. When you first report a repair we will give you an order number, it is useful to know this when you contact us about your repair.

To get an update on your repair you can:

Track your repair on-line:       Via Track a repair on-line, you may be asked to login to your account to continue.
Phone us: Call the Asset Management Team on 020 7424 7370.  Please have your order number ready if possible so we can update you quickly
E-mail us: Email repairs@arhag.co.uk.  Please give your order number in the email.  We aim to email or call you within 12 working hours.

Visit the office: You can come to the office during opening hours (09:00- 17:00) and we will give you an update.  Please bring your order number.
