Arhag is delighted to announce that we are recruiting five new board members, three to join in time for our AGM in September and a further two to join in 2024.

We are looking for individuals who share Arhag's passion, who are excited and motivated by what we have already achieved, and who have the skills and ambition to help us move to the next stage of our journey.

If successful, you will be joining a dynamic board which currently has two subcommittees - the Operations Committee and Audit and Risk Committee (ARC). As a board member, you will sit on one of these committees. You will be expected to join us for 2 days a month.

We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked at a senior level within a customer-focused organisation, either as an executive or non-executive. We would be delighted to hear from you if you have knowledge and experience in social housing, refugee and migrant services, or in any of the following areas:

• Asset management – strategic & operational/building safety/ property compliance
• Corporate finance and treasury management
• Customer operations/services
• Financial operations, planning and reporting
• Risk, corporate governance and internal controls
